Return Policy
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at returns @glovesora.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product.
Ship Your Return: Ship your return package using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
Please note the following:
- Returns must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging intact.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above for the item you wish to return. You can place a new order for the correct item at any time.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns @glovesora.com. We will work with you to replace the item as quickly as possible.
